from miss to mrs
means a white dress and new name
and changing cities

but the tricky part
is having to change your man
which takes like five years

ha! no kidding. double trouble on todays haiku. i crack myself up.

am im full wedding effect. yesterday i gymed, bought some supplies, made some lists and called some people. today will be more of the same and it rules. im making a cakeboard, very similar to the one shown at the top right in that picture. adds some height, makes things a bit more fancy. and it also helps with carrying the thing around. always a new project.

stopping by today to commit some pre-wedding promises to paper so that theres no slackassing on them:

- gyming every day until the wedding
- if i cant make it for some reason, i need to spent 40 solid minutes doing stuff at home
- lifting weights when i am watching tv (the arms are crucial!)
- only eating off small plates and out of little bowls (read thats a proven trick to eat less without even realizing it)
- nothing after 8pm
- lots of water
- cut down the sugar! and like no salt! (...which can hold about 8lbs of water in you, yick!)
- tanning/laying out at least 3 times a week so i am brown on the day
- think healthy thoughts!

alright. we will see how this goes.
pretty encouraged by the progress so far. poor john, though. have gotten into the habit of listing off what ive eaten throughout the day as we lay in bed at night (which helps deter snacking throughout the day, since i dread having to disclose). he is so sick of this crap. but whatever. we both want a hot momma walking down that aisle so why is he going to whine about it.

off to work on that board. have it good.
